Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GhostSwap.app, including all related pages, tools, interfaces, and services offered through the website. By accessing or using GhostSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
2. About GhostSwap
GhostSwap is a crypto swap interface that allows users to select a cryptocurrency they want to send, select a cryptocurrency they want to receive, compare available swap options, enter a destination wallet address, and complete a transaction by sending funds to a generated deposit address.
GhostSwap does not require users to create an account or connect a wallet to use the swap interface. Swap availability, rates, limits, supported assets, and processing times may depend on third-party exchange partners, liquidity providers, blockchain networks, and market conditions.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
GhostSwap does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Any information shown on the App is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a crypto swap is appropriate for you.
4. User Responsibilities
By using GhostSwap, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Checking that all wallet addresses are correct before sending funds.
- Selecting the correct blockchain network for the asset you want to receive.
- Reviewing the estimated rate, fees, minimum amount, maximum amount, and swap details before confirming a transaction.
- Understanding that blockchain transactions are usually irreversible.
- Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your country or jurisdiction.
- Keeping your own records for tax, accounting, or legal reporting purposes where required.
5. Eligibility
You may only use GhostSwap if you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You must not use GhostSwap if your use would violate applicable laws, sanctions rules, financial regulations, or other legal restrictions.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use GhostSwap for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, scams, theft, or other illegal activity.
- Sending or receiving funds connected to stolen assets, ransomware, darknet markets, sanctioned entities, or prohibited addresses.
- Attempting to bypass compliance, security, fraud-prevention, or risk-control systems.
- Using the App in a way that damages, disables, overloads, or disrupts GhostSwap or its partners.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information when using the App or contacting support.
7. Third-Party Exchange Partners
GhostSwap may route swap requests through third-party exchange partners, liquidity providers, or service providers. These partners may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, compliance rules, risk controls, and transaction limits.
By using GhostSwap, you understand that some parts of a transaction may be processed by third-party services and that GhostSwap does not control every decision made by those third parties.
8. KYC, Compliance, and Transaction Reviews
GhostSwap does not require standard account registration or regular account-based KYC onboarding to access the swap interface. However, certain transactions may be delayed, rejected, refunded, or reviewed if required by law, security checks, partner exchange policies, risk systems, or compliance obligations.
In limited cases, a partner exchange or service provider may request additional information before processing or refunding a transaction. GhostSwap cannot guarantee that every transaction will be processed without additional checks.
9. Rates, Fees, and Network Costs
Exchange rates are estimates and may change due to market movement, liquidity changes, blockchain confirmation times, partner fees, and network fees. The final amount received may differ from the estimate shown before the transaction is completed.
Blockchain network fees are not controlled by GhostSwap. You are responsible for reviewing all available details before sending funds.
10. Deposits, Refunds, and Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails, is underpaid, sent on the wrong network, sent after expiration, or otherwise cannot be completed, a refund may be possible depending on the circumstances and partner exchange rules.
Refunds may require a valid refund address and may be reduced by network fees, partner fees, or other costs required to return the funds. Some transactions may not be recoverable if funds are sent to the wrong blockchain, wrong address, unsupported network, or invalid destination.
11. Blockchain Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks, including market volatility, network congestion, smart contract risk, delayed confirmations, failed transactions, incorrect addresses, unsupported assets, and irreversible transfers. You use GhostSwap at your own risk.
12. No Custodial Account
GhostSwap does not provide a user account, hosted wallet, or long-term custody account. Users send funds to a generated deposit address for the purpose of completing a selected swap. The final asset is then sent to the destination wallet address provided by the user, subject to swap completion and partner processing.
13. Service Availability
GhostSwap may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of any specific asset, network, pair, rate, route, or partner exchange.
14. Privacy
Your use of GhostSwap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed, stored temporarily, deleted, or retained depending on transaction requirements, support requests, partner exchange rules, and legal obligations.
15. Intellectual Property
The GhostSwap name, logo, design, interface, text, graphics, layout, and related materials are owned by GhostSwap or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use GhostSwap branding without permission.
16. Disclaimers
GhostSwap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the App, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, transaction completion, rates, timing, or fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostSwap and its owners, operators, developers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, failed transactions, delayed transactions, incorrect addresses, wrong network transfers, market losses, lost profits, data loss, service interruptions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GhostSwap, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on this page, and continued use of GhostSwap after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You should review this page periodically.
